Downward Facing Dog

Downward Facing dog
(Adho Mukha Svanasana)

come onto your hands and feet.
Tuck your tailbone in.
Pull your navel in.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Keep breathing.(Recommed 3 times)

Spread the fingers wide. Point your third finger to forward. No tension on your wrist.

try to heels down to the mat if you can.  

You can bend your knees and heels off from the mat if there's too much tension on your legs.

Slightly bend your knees.

Using a small table is helpful for you.

Try to straight your knees. and push your front torso towards down.

More Challening.
Balance on your hand and feet equally.

More Challening
hip toward to the ceiling.
Tailbone up.
Extend and straight your back as much as you can.
Try to touch your top of your head onto the mat.
Keep breathing.
