Triangle Pose(Utthita Trikonasana)

Tragle Pose 
(Utthita Trikonasana)

Turn out right foot to 90 degrees.
Align the front and back heels.
Open your heart.
Keep both hand straight.

right arm toward to mat.
Left arm towards to the ceiling.
Extend as much as you can.
As you exhale, try to extend your body more.
Keep breathing.


You can rest your hands on your knees. (Choose possible area for you)

You can touch only your third finger on the mat if you can stay stable in triangle pose.(Choose possible area for you)


You can touch your palm all the way down onto mat if you are enough to be flexible.
(Choose possible area for you)


Bended Triangle Pose
Open chest.
Rest your elbows on your right thigh.
Raise your left arm to the ceiling.
Try to hip down.

.
More Challenging.
right hands in front of your right foot.
Extend the arms.
Try to hip down.

To improve your flexibility,
you can twist your torso and extend your arms as much as you can.
